It is true rom, released by vsmart work fine on Joy 1+ PQ4002 for Infinix S3X, no idea. Maybe vsmart was custom source code for device config

That guy have same problem, he have Joy 1+ and tried flash infinix s3x firmware and modem not work after flash rom

problem is vsmart made changes for joy 1+
